Orders ship from our Hyderabad warehouse within 24 hours. Metro cities usually receive parcels in 2–4 business days; Tier-2/Tier-3 locations may take 4–7 days. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as the package leaves our door.

Unopened, security-sealed boxes can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Just raise a request in “My Account” or email support, and we’ll arrange a free reverse pickup. Refunds are processed to your original payment method (or as store credit for COD orders) within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.
